SHL is looking for a senior leader to create, adapt and execute SHL's strategy in Talent Management Solutionsacross our global customer base.

This role is key to transform SHLfrom an Assessment and Services organisation into a data insights and technology organisation, with a reputation of offering best in class solutions to clients across a diverse and varied portfolio of sectors.

This role will hold a shadow P&L for all global customers in Talent Management. The role will report to the Chief Growth Officer for SHL and should expect regular interaction with the SHL Executive Team, CEO, and Board.

The role will have one (senior) direct report, with the opportunity to grow the team.

This role is likely the one to represent SHL's position and thought leadership in the market, via conferences, webinars, podcasts and client presentations.

Because this is a global role, we are open to strong candidates between North America and Europe.

Job Purpose:

The Head of Talent Management Solutions will lead all activities that drive growth for SHL in Talent Management Solutions. SHL's Talent Management Solutions include all products, technology and services that companies use for their executive leadership, succession planning, high-potential programs and other key strategic talent programs.

The Head of Talent Management Solutions will clearly understands market dynamics facing a CHRO and Heads of Talent Management, anticipates future customer requirements, revenue opportunities and thought leadership to increase sales, renewals and customer advocacy.

The role will work closely with the commercial, product, R&D and marketingteams.

You're likely to have a strong background in at least one of the following areas:
  • Commercial or Consulting leadership experience in the HR / Human Capital industry, with an extensive understanding of the opportunities that CHRO's have to transform their business.
  • Product or Product Marketing Leadership in the HR / Human Capital industry, with an extensive understanding of the opportunities that CHRO's have to transform their business.
  • Current or recent experience as a practitioner leading Talent Management programs and transformations inside a large organisation.

Key Accountabilities:
  • Develop and implement annual business plans for all Talent Management Solutions, working with product, R&D, marketing and commercial teams
  • Deliver revenue and growth projections of Talent Management Solutions.
  • Work with peers in SHL's Growth Office to refine and communication SHL's overall solution proposition
  • Develop and implement global go-to-market plans
  • Be the expert in the company with respect to the competition in Talent Management and create a market-leading Solution (with market messaging) to differentiate from the competition.
  • Manage the entire Talent Management Solution life cycle from strategic planning to tactical activities.
  • Specify market requirements for current and future products by conducting market research supported by discussions with clients, prospects and industry experts.
  • Analyse potential partner and ecosystem relationships for the solutions with direct input from business development.
