About the role
The Head of Technology Planning and Delivery is a key role in our Technology leadership team. The successful candidate will lead the planning and delivery of our technology platforms, systems and projects, working closely with our Customer Journey (digital) team and advising stakeholders across the business on their technology requirements and allocating resources in line with strategic priorities.
The ideal candidate will have experience of working in a digital, collaborative and agile environment with both a product and project delivery background. Extensive experience of successfully establishing and directing agile delivery teams to deliver multiple, large-scale, complex technology solutions that meet user needs is essential.
The role will form part of the wider Senior Management Team and requires strong leadership skills, including excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You will be constantly engaging with key stakeholders across the wider business, reporting back to finance, business planning and the corporate PMO to keep them updated with progress against plans.
We want you to join us on our journey and make a difference to millions of people. We would love to hear from you.
We particularly welcome applications from disabled and Black, Asian and Minority Ethnic (BAME) candidates as BAME and disabled people are currently under-represented throughout Citizens Advice. We also welcome applications from, LGB and Trans and non binary candidates. We have made a positive commitment to employing disabled people and guarantee to interview all disabled candidates who meet the minimum essential criteria for the role as set out in role profiles.
