This is an exciting opportunity to be part of an ambitious programme of change across the Wirral Health and Care system. Healthy Wirral is our system-wide programme to support the re-shaping of care and service pathways across Wirral to deliver effective and efficient, integrated population health-based care.

There are two posts aligned to our key programme priorities; Unscheduled Care and Out of Hospital Care. The post holders will work as part of a dynamic and enthusiastic Programme Delivery Unit, hosted by Wirral Community Health and Care NHS Foundation trust on behalf of all Wirral partners. These important posts will support colleagues from across all sectors including Primary and Secondary Care, Community and Mental Health services and Social Care as well as liaising with Third sector and patient and public representatives.

Successful post holders will have a skill set and track record for the successful management of large and complex programmes and projects, will have excellent communication and people skills and a flexible and agile approach to their work.
