As East and North Hertfordshire Hospitals' Charity Project Coordinator you will be responsible for managing spend from our charitable #HereForEachOther fund which was raised to support NHS Trust staff's emotional and physical wellbeing in response to the COVID-19 pandemic. This is a pivotal role working between the Trust and the Charity.

The post holder will head up a working group and project manage the refurbishment of approximately 50 staff rooms to create rest, relax and refuel areas across our NHS Trust sites. The role will also plan the refurbishment of education spaces and the creation of a memorial garden at Lister.

The post holder will be highly organised with a can-do attitude and must have demonstrable experience of coordinating projects, prioritisation, managing and overseeing an expenditure budget, negotiating best rates and good knowledge of our NHS Trust structure and charity.

We are looking for an exceptional communicator with the ability to build relationships with a range of different stakeholders.

This role will be an incredible opportunity to make a difference to Trust staff and create a long term legacy at our hospitals.
