This is new role at Onward where you will deliver a professional, cost effective and high-quality management service to delight our leaseholders and landlords by managing a portfolio of properties across a range of Onward sites.

You will have the ability to develop a clear understanding of individual lease covenants and obligations and ensure that these are fully met and that appropriate action is taken in respect of any breaches.  You will monitor the upkeep of the scheme property, grounds and standard of services, identifying any issues with health and safety, repairs or maintenance issues.

You will work in collaboration with colleagues to ensure planned and cyclical works are effectively delivered to and provide a joined-up service offering that drives positive customer satisfaction and provide line management to site staff, managing resources and ensuring that objective are met.

It is essential that you have sound experience of leasehold and property management and a good understanding of leasehold and service charge legislation.  You will have excellent verbal and written communication and numeracy/analytical skills and the ability to work well in a team or on your own initiative and can confidently communicate with leaseholders and have experience of line management.

The base location for this role is to be agreed. However please note that due to Covid-19, we have adapted our working arrangements under government guidelines and Safe Systems of Work.  Discussions around the current working arrangements and Safe Systems of Work specific to the role will take place during the interview process.
