As a Housing Officer you will:
- Be part of a team of working collectively to deliver an effective and efficient tenancy and estate management service.
- Put customers at the heart of everything you do
- Work collaboratively with other teams, partners and stakeholders to ensure that vulnerable people are safeguarded and that our communities are safe and pleasant places that people want to live in

Our ideal candidate will have a strong customer focus, be organised, driven and have a good working knowledge of the social housing sector.
As a Housing Officer you must:
- Have experience of tenancy/estate management and lettings
- Be able to practically apply legislation to deal with tenancy matters
- Effectively tackle anti-social behaviour that affects our customers and communities
- ‘Own it’ by doing what we say we’re going to do with pride and passion
