HR Administrator x2
RNIB has an exciting opportunity for two HR Administrators to join our friendly and professional HR team. As the first point of contact for HR related queries you'll be responsible for providing comprehensive administrative support throughout the employee life cycle.
This is a busy and interesting role, where you'll be working closely with the Senior HR Administrators in delivering an excellent customer service and ensuring that all payroll and contractual admin is completed accurately and to the highest standard.
To succeed in this role you'll be proactive, customer and solutions focused in order to ensure work is completed to the highest standard. Possessing a keen eye for detail, you'll be able to manage your own time and effectively prioritise work to meet deadlines whilst ensuring it is processed accurately.
You'll have previous experience of working in a busy administrative environment, ideally with some prior HR experience and will be able to effectively use databases and Microsoft Office applications.
