I am currently partnering with a Leading Specialist UK Financial Services group with an exciting opportunity for a hard-working HR Advisor to join their energetic team in this hands-on role reporting to the Senior HR Business Partner.
Working in partnership with the other HR Advisor you will manage the day to day operations and administrative tasks where you will be supporting five HR Business Partners whilst being the first point of contact for all internal and external queries.
A key part of the role will be to provide first line HR advisory services and advice to employees, HR Business Partners as well as senior stakeholders on a range of HR issues and initiatives. You will also be expected to deal with and manage lower level employee relation cases.
No two days will be the same and you will need to operate at speed and deliver results in a timely manner whilst being able to prioritise a large and ever-changing workload.
The ideal candidate for this great role will come from a Financial Services background or a regulated industry. The successful candidate will need demonstrable hands-on generalist HR operational experience. This role would suit a HR Generalist looking to make that next move up in their career or to take on new challenges as an HR Advisor in a new industry.
