What is the role about? It is about being able to manage all general HR aspects of the firm and will be reporting to the Director of HR. A key part of this role is being able to solve problems that may arise between employees in the firm and being able to have a level-head and stay calm in these difficult to manage situations. You will be a part of the entire employee life-cycle from beginning to end. You will be involved in the review of new employees within the firm carrying out three and six-month reviews on their time in the firm. You will also be involved in general administration tasks with a focus on helping the HR Manager and the HR Director. Your duties will also include ensuring that employee benefits are being administered in the right way.
