HR Business Partner
A global insurance and reinsurance business with over 60 offices in 20 countries are looking to recruit a HR Business Partner for their London office. Within this HR Business Partner role you will be responsible for a range of client groups including; Claims, Claims Operations, Legal & Regulations, Finance, IT, Marketing, Internal Audit and Risk Management.
As the HR Business Partner you will play a vital role in aligning business objectives with employees and management within your designated business units. This position will serve as a consultant to management on a broad range of HR related issues. You will position HR as a strategic partner and develop strong business relationships as well as managing all complex ER issues for your businesses. You will also help and support in acquisition activities including due diligence, TUPE transfers and integration.
To be successful within this role, you will need proven ability to build and maintain a high level of professional credibility with senior stakeholders within a complex matrix structure. You will need demonstrable HR Business Partnering experience and the ability to lead on complex ER issues. A background within Financial Services would be highly desirable.
