HR & Communications Business Partner
Are you a progressive HR Business Partner interested in working for a US-listed Technology business? Do you have a background in communications and devising a strategy to deliver and orchestrate a communications plan? Are you a self-starter with a blend of HR and Communications expertise?
We are partnering with a US HQ Tech business to hire a newly created HR & Communications Business Partner role. The role has been created to recognise that the business needs to evolve it's Central/Corporate functions communications strategy so that they have 'a voice' in the business. The business has a largely de-centralised workforce therefore a strong communications strategy is key. This role will report to the UK & Ireland HR Director and will manage a small client group along with driving the comms strategy and developing the new intranet site and a newsletter.
The business has a mature, grown-up culture with the opportunity to work flexibly. You will have lots of breadth in your role as well as exposure to the executive team so a collaborative self-starter is required. You will be required to juggle two key roles so you must be capable of partnering effectively with a client group whilst also leading on the key communications strategy for central functions. If you have operated in a technology business before that would be ideal whilst CIPD qualification and creative communication skills are a must.
