You will be in a very busy and visible role and be:
- Directly involved in the end to end employee lifecycle
- Providing support and guidance to business stakeholders, escalating issues as needed
- Assisting with recruitment
- Delivering both HR and company-wide project work as and when required
The successful candidate will:
- Be approachable and friendly
- Be bright and capable
- Able to build relationships and win trust easily
- Be degree educated
- Have approximately 2 years' HR work experience
- Be from a Financial Services environment, although this isn't mandatory
