We are delighted to work with a growing local business in order to recruit an ambitious, hard working Part-Time HR Coordinator to work closely with the HR Manager and build the HR offering to the business.
You will support the HR Manager with any HR activities which includes; recruitment, on-boarding, inductions, organising training, updating employee files, employee relations support, dealing with queries and supporting the development and creation of HR processes and policies.
This is a developmental role therefore you do not need to have experience in all of these areas but you will need to demonstrate a certain level of understanding from your current position and have at least 1-2 years of HR experience. It would be very helpful if you have worked in logistics, manufacturing or engineering as in this position you will need to be confident, resilient and comfortable dealing with employees at all levels across the business from the warehouse through to the office.
This is an exceptional opportunity for an ambitious, self motivated, hardworking individual to join a successful business and develop within HR- you'll also work alongside a supportive engaging HR Manager who is keen for the successful individual to take on more responsibility over time. Due to the pace and heavy workload this would suit someone a self starter who can use their initiative and work in a start up HR function. Part-time hours can be worked over 4 or 5 days.
