HR Data and Systems Adviser
A great newly created role for an aspiring MI Data Analyst now exists within a leading professional services firm. Initially to start on a 6 month fixed term contract, this role will take on responsibility for extracting and reporting key People Data across the firm and visualising this data for the firm's stakeholders, identifying trends, and storytelling what the data is showing.
You'll also help to develop their existing MI, refine their reporting (as they work towards being a more data-led organisation) as well as support their data governance processes. Additional duties will focus on supporting the firms evolution of MI, ensuring policies and processes align to the new vision and that the technology used is fit for purpose.
Reporting into the core HR team, this role will offer great variety, good internal visibility with senior stakeholders as well as providing excellent insights right across the business function life-cycle. As a result, they are hoping to meet candidates who have come from a strong data-led analytics role (professional services experience would be a particular advantage) together with a strong customer service working style. Location West London.
