Job Description

We have an exciting opportunity to join our Talent team here at Publicis Media. Our Talent team, traditionally known as HR, is responsible in partnering across our dedicated brands ensuring that the needs of the business are met accordingly.

Talent is made up of experienced and passionate individuals who cover all elements of Talent - Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, Talent Management & Talent Operations.

Key duties include:
  • Building strong relationships at all levels both within the Talent team and the wider agency ensuring that data is supplied and reviewed on a regular basis
  • Partnerwith all of Talent and Business, to develop people metrics & reporting solutions
  • Ensurethe accuracy and integrity of people data
  • Coordinatedata and reporting requirements and solutions with Talent, Finance and Business Operations.
  • Prepare, analyses and presents people metrics for review, in a clear understandable format
  • Provide project support as needed
  • First point of contact and subject matter expert for Career Settings (Success Factors) reporting
The successful candidate will:
  • Have an understanding of HR, whether through studies or work experience
  • Have apassion to provide an excellent service for our people
  • Be Detailed orientated and organised with the ability to be able to handle a varied workload
  • Be able to multi-task with a strong ability to prioritise tasks
  • Be able to work under pressure and adapt to ever changing tasks in an agile manner
  • Have excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Preferrablyhaveknowledge of Success Factors, however essential that you understand HRIS/are a system specialist
