Brand new and newly-created HR Manager role for a well-known law firm.
Well-known for their exceptional client service and their ability to create excellent futures for their staff, this law firm have recently created a brand new HR Manager role to report into the well-established Head of HR.
You will have constant exposure to partners, heads of departments and line managers and will be required to build long-standing relationships whilst offering a first class, commercial HR service. You will act as an advocate for the firm's wellbeing and, in conjunction with the wider team and wellbeing committee, will monitor trends and offer solutions. GDPR is an ongoing responsibility for this person and you will be reviewing procedures and policies on a regular basis. You will be helping to develop and implement the firm's Diversity & Inclusion strategy and reporting on publications surrounding the Gender Pay Gap.
Having an understanding of how a partnership environment works will stand you in great stead, along with an excellent existing knowledge of working in an HR team. Possessing an HR qualification is also desirable.
