Are you an established HR leader, seeking a new challenge within a boutique financial services business. My client is seeking an HR Manager (Lead) on a temp to permanent or permanent basis to build out their HR capabilities. With just over 100 employee the organisation has multiple offices across the globe and needs guidance and structure on delivering a best in class HR service to the business.
In certain areas HR is greenfield, in others there are structures and processes in play to support the internal employees. This will require someone with experience working in startup or growth environment where designing and delivering tailored HR offerings for the various population groups is essential, whilst also managing an HR Advisor. If you enjoy both the strategic delivery but also having a large part of the role as operational hands on work with the businesses this position could be an interesting fit.
This client has a front-office population group, corporate functions and IT spread across three global offices. HR supports all of those remotely, with training and delivery created in London then rolled out. Ideally you will be looking to upskill and manage the HR Advisor as they are looking to grow and take on more responsibility as the business evolves.
This role requires an immediate starting HR professional, as due to personal circumstances the previous individual who was technically picking up HR had to leave suddenly. The client is approaching this openly, so if that means hiring someone on an FTC, temp or permanent basis they are going to be led by market conditions.
