The HR Operations Lead will be part of the People Team acting as the main source of Human Resources reporting, to meet the needs of the business and their stakeholders.

We are looking for someone to...
  • Provide data for all audit requests, internal and external, and ensure that all data is treated confidentially by all parties.
  • Task the Human Resources Operations Team to ensure effective and accurate administrative delivery of Human Resources lifecycle administrative processes.
  • Be responsible for all Human Resources Information Systems management including Oracle, Procius, Kallidus Learn & Perform.
  • Perform analysis of survey data to pick up key themes and trends to then relay to the business.
  • Audit the integrity of the data held on file and within the Human Resources Information Systems.
  • Manage and maintain the relationship between vetting provider account manager.
  • Assist the Human Resources team in the preparation of data in advance for talent, performance, point de vue and other similar cyclical Human Resources processes.
  • Actively look for and identify opportunities for improvement, amending processes and templates and employee facing content when inconsistencies have been identified.
  • Develop guides, process maps and relevant training material for the HR services team and wider stakeholders in order to effectively communicate and implement new processes and procedures.
  • Contribute to data driven 'people projects'.
You'll need ...
  • Extensive experience using Oracle.
  • Strong experience with Human Resources systems administration and troubleshooting.
  • Knowledge of ticketing systems.
  • Experience working within a shared services environment and on-going HR process improvement.
  • Strong systems and data reporting skills.
  • Experience working with Workday and Docusign would be ideal but is not essential.
