HR Operations Manager
We are currently supporting an exciting, high growth, commercial real estate organisation to hire an HR Operations Manager to work closely with leadership and build out an international HR operations function. This is a fantastic opportunity to join an organisation going through an exciting period of global expansion and have a strategic input into the develop of HR operations.
The HR Operations Manager will be responsible for developing, implementing and maintaining effective HR processes, ensuring policy and legislative compliance, developing a newly implemented HR system on a global scale. They will also be responsible for delivering the annual pay and bonus process, managing a 3rd party payroll provider, implementing effective job gradings and evaluations and developing and utilising the use of effective MI and HR data.
Successful candidates will have a strong generalist skill set and experience of managing an international, centralised HR function. Ability to partner with employees at all levels, manage a team and work both strategically and operationally is key. Experience working with Workday is a priority.
