HR Systems Manager

You will help the business to understand their existing HR Systems landscape, with a view to building a systems roadmap and strategy over the coming years. This is a standalone role and you'll liaise with a variety of stakeholders across the organisation. You will help to implement a number of new systems and upgrades, integrating them with iTrent and innovating to make sure you are getting the most value out of all of the HR Systems.
Your extensive experience in managing iTrent and integrating it with other systems will be a major benefit to our client. You will work with colleagues across the business with varying priorities, and will need good stakeholder management and relationship-building skills. The organisation are rolling out Office 365 and a ticketing system, and any experience with these would be highly beneficial.
