HR VP Graduate Recruitment and Training & Development
I am working with a global investment bank as they are seeking a Graduate Recruitment/Development Manager to join the business on a 12 month FTC. This is a fast paced and engaging business with both Investment Banking and Asset Management within the business offering, although this role will focus on the IB side. As a multi-faceted role on both recruitment and training if you are seeking a role with both sides this will be ideal, as the Regional Head of Training/Recruitment is keen to hand off a number of projects.
With a diverse European population this role owns the full end to end recruitment offering including the careers fairs, interviewing all incoming graduate, internships and MBA options plus the planned approach to headhunting the top talent. On top the role will get involved with the design and delivery of the training offering for the Analyst Program (2 year cycle).
The client wants somebody with a passion for graduate recruitment who has on multiple occasions overseen the full 360 graduate life cycle. Ideally coming from a financial services background but somewhere with a fairly sizable headcount and complex internal stakeholders so that this person can hit the ground running.
