More about us - Western Sussex is an acute trust with three hospitals; Worthing Hospital and St Richard's in Chichester provide emergency, inpatient and outpatient care; and Southlands in Shoreham-by-Sea provides outpatient care and day surgery. We have an exciting opportunity for a CIPD qualified Advisor to provide excellent HR services in a Trust rated 'outstanding' by the CQC.

You will work as part of a team delivering core employee relations services, change management and strategic HR advice to a workforce of over 7000 staff across 3 hospital sites.

You will provide advice, coaching and support to managers on discipline, grievance, sickness and capability issues. This will include conducting investigations and advising at formal meetings and hearings. Further you will advise and support change management processes across the Trust from initial proposal through to implementation.
