Following the announcement that the future provision of mental health services in the Wigan Borough will transfer from North West Boroughs healthcare NHS Foundation Trust (NWBH) to Greater Manchester Mental Health NHS Foundation Trust (GMMH) in April 2021 the Trust is looking for dedicated HR professionals to support this important workforce change.

We are looking for a HR Officer to provide support to the professional and focused Human Resource advisory service to meet the operational needs of the TUPE transfer. To include the needs of the staff within these Services in line with the Trust's aims, objectives and values.

To provide support to the Senior HR Advisor, working in partnership with HR and OD colleagues and operational managers, in developing, implementing and monitoring the HR elements of the change and transfer that reflect best practice and enable managers to optimise the delivery of the Trust's objectives.
