To help us deliver this ambitious vision, we are now looking for a 2nd Line Technical Support Analyst to join our newly created team. If you’re looking for a role where the work you do can help to improve lives then this could be for you.
Joining our large ICT department based from Boston you will become part of a new team in our organisation whose aim is to provide a high quality technology support service. This newly created role will provide a key service and add value across the whole of our organisation. With this role being varied in its nature you may also contribute to the design, development, commissioning and decommissioning of systems and services.
Ensuring your customer have the tools to be successful you will be motivated by helping to provide training coordination across a range of systems including MS office products. This could include the production of material for training and/or more innovative learning techniques. Linking with this you will also help with sourcing new equipment and value for money services, you’ll be talking with both internal customer and external suppliers so excellent communication skills and an ability to build relationships will help you be successful.
Entering purchase orders, looking for new venders, researching and receipting of goods are more areas you will help our team to continue to be highly successful as we embark on a significant change in our history.
If you’re a consummate IT professional who would like to be part of a leading ICT team then we would love to hear from you.
Throughout your career you have developed a rounded skill set, ideally you will have a Business ICT application qualification or similar experience. You’ll possess a good knowledge of IT systems, software and services and have demonstrable experience of working with suppliers which has given you an understanding of supply chain and procurement processes.
It is essential you possess a technical knowledge to resolve issues and you are a strong communicator with an ability to tailor your approach to support individuals with various levels of IT knowledge. We’re looking for innovative individuals so desire to learn new technologies, suggest new ways of working whilst mitigating current and future risk will be essential.
