Integrated Care - Imaging Care Unit

Appointments Co-Ordinator

Full time: 37.5 hours per week

8.15 am - 6.15 pm (including Saturday mornings and Bank Holidays on a rota system)

The Imaging Care Unit is looking for an individual with excellent interpersonal and communication skills to join its multidisciplinary team.

The appointments office receives a very high volume of calls each day so it is essential that you have had previous experience of a call centre environment and booking appointments over the telephone.

Previous clerical experience, the ability to work to deadlines, together with the ability to work under pressure are essential requirements of this post.

You must also be able to work effectively as part of a team and, at times, on your own using your own initiative. A clear understanding of the importance of confidentiality is essential for this role.

Previous experience of working within a healthcare environment would be an advantage but is not essential.

This post will require a Disclosure and Barring service check.
