Innovation Research Manager

The primary responsibility is to manage accounts on a day to day basis and effectively contribute to the efficiency of the business unit. A Research Manager contributes to the business success by managing a hard-working team to deliver great work. They are also responsible for crafting meaningful impact on our client's businesses and as a key interface between the organisation and our clients.

Insights

Our insights colleagues are experts in human understanding. With expertise covering brand, innovation, creative, media, commerce and customer experience, they help clients define what brands should stand for, how to disrupt and renew their offer, how to connect with audiences and how to win with consumers and customers.

Key Outcomes
  • Independently maintain client relationship (which will reflect in good client feedback score).
  • Lead projects - give direction to juniors with less supervision from seniors, make decision/ suggestion to run the projects, create report and presentation.
  • Ensure a good quality of research materials.
  • Demonstrate analysis skills, along with insights knowledge across reports on all accounts
  • Lead or supervise daily communication with clients.
  • To coach 1-2 juniors by regularly sharing knowledge and preparing them to be ready for the next level.
  • Identify and pursue opportunities to grow existing client business, revenue, and profitability

Capabilities
  • Good communication skills verbally and written - know what to and not to say
  • Good leadership skills - to motivate his/her team, to be the role model and inspired his/her juniors,
  • Good research knowledge - know & can decide the best methods, make research design, create insights
  • 5 year of proven experience in Market Research agency or Research Projects, with great exposure to concept or product test and related type of studies.
