Insight within RNIB is an award winning team of analysts working to improve the lives of blind and partially sighted people by providing state-of-the-art analysis to inform decision making across Fundraising, Marketing and Customer Services.

We want a new Insight Analyst to join our team, someone who can bring passion for analytics, new ideas and a strong desire to learn.

You'll help produce analysis and generate insights along with complex reporting which are used by a variety of teams within the organisation to inform decision making, optimise current campaigns and gather evidence to support innovation through optimum use of the customer database. You'll be using SQL on a regular basis and team members use software such as R, Orange analytics, gretl and SPSS as required.

You'll also be prepared to work as part of a multi-skilled team to help develop improvements in current ways of working. Based in London.

Appointment is subject to an Enhanced Criminal Records Check and relevant barred lists check, if appropriate.

We're the Royal National Institute of Blind People (RNIB) and we're here for everyone affected by sight loss. Working for us means working for one of the UK's biggest charities, supporting almost two million people living with sight loss in the UK.

RNIB is committed to being led by our customers (blind and partially sighted people), and one of the ways we do this is through active involvement and engagement in many of our work activities, including the recruitment of new members of staff.

Please be aware that blind and partially sighted volunteers may be involved in the recruitment and selection process for this vacancy; including reviewing job applications and CV's, shortlisting and interviews and selection tests.

RNIB is committed to being an Equal Opportunities organisation and we welcome applications from people with sight loss.
