We currently have an exciting opportunity for an Integration Analyst to be responsible for the provision of an efficient and effective integration service to the Trust in support of the Trust's business requirements and NHS-Wide initiatives.

This post sits in the Application Support team within the Information Technology and Informatics directorate. The Application Support team is responsible for the on-going success and continuous improvement of existing software and the development of new systems that the trust is deploying.

The role will include system and data integration, support and maintenance of the Trust's integration engine software. Extensive systems analysis and programming experience is required to develop, implement, maintain and support interfaces to applications in clinical and support departments throughout the Trust, reducing clinical risk by improving the consistency of information in the Trust's systems. This will encompass detailed requirements analysis, design, implementation and testing of new interfaces and improving and troubleshooting existing interfaces.

Candidates must be skilled and experienced in interfacing methods, standards, integration engines, software testing methodologies, structured development, project delivery, general IT, excellent communication, team oriented and have an NHS background.

The post holder in this key role will have a first degree or an equivalent qualification and experience. The ideal candidate will have the ability to work on their own initiative, to prioritise tasks, to work intensively to meet deadlines and be responsive to new ideas.
