Role & Team:
As part of our busy People Team, you’ll work closely with stakeholders across the business, contributing to the design and delivery of a global and group internal communications strategy that fuels our culture and drives growth. You will develop a strategic narrative, supporting the business strategy and driving consistent and compelling storytelling across the organisation.
What You’ll Be Doing:
As well as taking the lead on delivering the Internal Communications strategy, you’ll work with varying stakeholders and departments across the business through offering communications advice and guidance. This could be anything from the launch of a new product, a change in legal policy, or the development of a new employee benefits platform.
You’ll play a leading role in key business projects such as the delivery of our Group intranet, planning and coordinating our annual employee conference, driving a newly established colleague forum and contributing to our ED&I strategy.
You’ll take an ‘employee-first’ approach to communications, putting yourself in the shoes of your audience, to ensure information is easy to understand and engaging.
A key part of the role is the ongoing development and line management of our Internal Communications Partner.
Who We’re looking For:
- To be successful in this role you will already have some fantastic internal communications experience.
- You will be creative, love generating ideas, and enjoy managing the delivery of internal employee events, working to develop engaging content that inspires and motivates our staff.
- With excellent writing, editing and proofreading skills, you will display strong interpersonal skills to establish professional relationships, as well as having the ability to influence across all levels.

This role is based out of Bingley however we can offer a high-level flexibility. We're all working from home full-time at the moment, but once we've re-opened the office, this role could be 1 or 2 days a week in Bingley.
