Job description
Please note this job is only open to internal applicants who are currently employed by RNIB, or working for RNIB as a volunteer, agency worker or contractor.

This role will ensure blind and partially sighted people and those at risk of sight loss are supported at diagnosis, during treatment and when facing permanent changes to their sight through providing high quality eye health and low vision information, materials and advocacy.

It will ensure that individuals with sight loss receive and are able to access accurate and timely information, which increases understanding and confidence about their eye conditions, its treatments, outcomes and living with sight problems.

The role is delivered via telephone, email, letter and digital channel enquiries relating to specific eye conditions, treatments and eye health issues.
