Job Description

Due to an exciting new challenge within our International Gatewayoperation delivering Post Brexit service for our International customers, we are currently recruiting an International Gateway Coordinatortostrengthenouramazing International team.

In this role you will work withinour International Gateway, which is based at our Superhub In Hinckley, Leicestershire. You will be responsible forInputting, monitoring and adjusting data relating to customs documentation for outboundvehicles. Due to the nature of our operation this role will require you to work nights.

Other Key responisbilites of this role will include;
  • Production of relevant customs documents and paperwork for outbound vehicles
  • Liaising with multiple internal departments to rectify any issues as quickly and efficiently as possible in order to avoid delays to our operation.
  • Producing daily, weekly and monthly reports relating to areas of responsibility and distributing these to the relevant internal stakeholders
  • Tracking performance of international operations and presenting KPI data on a weekly and daily basis and escalating any issues identified in real time.
  • Maintaining specified projects and ongoing tasks as requested
  • Assistance with administrative task related to the nightly sort operation.

Qualifications

What we're looking for
  • You will have proven and demonstrable experience of working in afast paced analyticalor coordinationroleideally within the Logistics business.
  • You will havestrong communicationskills and have the abiity to communicate at all levels and in a number of formats.
  • An anlytical mindset with the abilty to analyse and present data and also identify issues or trends.
  • Strong IT skills with experience of Microdsoft or Google Suite packages.
  • You will bepoliteandprofessionalat all times and have a willingness to go the'extra mile'to help our departmentachieve ever-greater heights.

Additional Information

Job Specifics

You will have a comprehensive induction to DPD where we will go through the key processes that are required to make you a 'rock star'. This will include a thorough induction to our International Operation and Department.

This role willrequire you to work Monday to Friday on nights.
