IT Training Administrator

We are looking for a part time IT Training Administrator for 30 hours per week to work within the NHS South, Central and West Commissioning Support Unit's IT Services team, based in our Reading office.The vacancy has become available due to one of our administrators about to take Maternity leave.

SCW are proud to provide IT training services for around 11% (approx. 850) of GP practices in England.

The post holder will help provide NHS applications and GP clinical systems training support to GP practices across the whole of the SCW CSU areas.You will be responsible for administration support, booking training for practices so they are able to use clinical systems to support their business processes.You will play a key role in delivering an agreed training service and demonstrating value to the customer through provision of a professional training service.

The post holder will have knowledge and experience of training administration, using MS Office suite and be responsible for responding to queries from customers and providing information, possibly having some clinical systems knowledge but not essential.

The role holder will be based in SCW IT Services offices in Reading. The role holder will work closely with IT Services trainers and the wider IT Services teams throughout the SCW CSU with occasional travel.

Being a self-motivated team player, with a positive attitude, excellent interpersonal skills, you will possess experience and expertise in training gained within a large scale organisation, ideally within the NHS or healthcare sector.
