The programme will provide Fellows with an internationally outstanding level of education and professional development, empowering them to establish themselves as independent researcher in their discipline by the end of the Fellowship.

There are five Fellowships available each year which offer a four-year research post based at either Kew Gardens or Wakehurst within one of Kew Science’s six research departments.
