Duties and Responsibilities:
To assist in basic food preparation, take responsibility for deliveries, the completion of cleaning schedules and temperature checks for kitchen equipment.
To add value to the efficient and profitable running of your department in order to achieve your business and personal objectives, along with those of your team and the hotel.

Job Requirements:
The Kitchen Porter operates as a member of the catering team and must openly demonstrate a diligence for high standards of cleanliness and order.

Desirable experience skills and qualifications:
Knowledge and/or experience of hotel operations

Please note the pay range listed below is the 2020 rate and based off 37.5 hours per week- the 2021 range with 45 hours per week starts at £21,840 per annum.
