Meta is seeking to fill a full-time position for a Tactical Sourcing Manager in LATAM. We are seeking a professional with Source-to-Pay experience within a global company. The ideal candidate will have a passion for problem solving, experience managing multi-bid negotiations, managing an Outsourced Tactical Sourcing organization, and a strong focus on customer service, teamwork, and collaboration.

LATAM Buy Desk Manager Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of Procurement professionals under an Outsourced Tactical Sourcing organization
  • Be part of implementing the BPO Sourcing model and designing an integrated procurement services solution built around world class KPIS, SLAs and user experience
  • Responsible for managing the overall Buy Desk program for LATAM and optimize operational processes, policies, and systems in collaboration with NORAM, APAC and EMEA
  • Continue to work in partnership with the Sourcing Managers to deliver the best value from a Sourcing category perspective to the stakeholder
  • Understand the current processes and tools environment and develop collaborative action plans to achieve outstanding User Experience to our internal stakeholders
  • Collaborate across functions and sites to harmonize requirements and solutions
  • Function within a global network of matrixed stakeholders, super users, and subject matter experts associated with S2P
  • Communicate and collaborate effectively with key internal and external stakeholders through transparency and partnership
  • Help drive stakeholder engagement and organizational change management with impacted business areas
  • Identify and manage KPIs and Service Levels to measure performance to bold goals and present results and action plans to management on a regular basis
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with key internal business partners as well as share best practices and understand and challenge business decisions
  • Coordinate and support special projects as needed

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of Procurement Operations and/or Source-to-Pay experience
  • BA/BS in Supply Chain, Business, Finance, or other related field
  • Experience managing a global program and team across time zones, currencies, languages, etc
  • Leadership experience building, managing, and retaining a team of talent as well as creating a culture of innovation, and accountability
  • Strong understanding of various LATAM regional nuances (eg. currency and tax regulations)
  • Experience in planning, sourcing, negotiating, contracting, and supplier management
  • Experience working with ERP systems as well as contract management, eSourcing, workflow, and project management tools
  • Knowledge of Indirect and Direct Procurement
  • Experience in stakeholder management and communications
  • Understanding of local and global market dynamics and sound business judgement
  • Proven ability to think and perform both strategically and tactically
  • Ability to flourish in an environment of fast growth and ambiguity
  • Must speak English, Portuguese, and Spanish fluently

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Expertise in influencing and building strong partnership with stakeholders
  • Experience thinking strategically and operationally/tactically
  • Experience driving change and improving end-to-end processes
  • Project management experience
  • Demonstrated experience in driving collaboration and teamwork across all aspects of S2P
