What does our team do within the EU Ops Learning & Development team?

The EU L&D Metrics team owns systems, tools and processes to support local Operations and Learning teams to better onboard, coach, support New Hires. We also own business review tools to better understand performance at EU FCs, root cause gaps and benchmark best practices.

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for a self-driven Analyst who will help analyse and develop the next generation systems, tools and processes for the EU network in a fast evolving environment.

We are looking for a Data Analyst responsible for building out analysis, visualisation tools and processes to inform our business decisions.

The successful candidate will be able to retrieve, integrate, visualise and present critical data in a format that is immediately useful to improve the business decision-making process.

This role requires an individual with excellent analytical abilities. The successful candidate will have a strong attention to detail, and enjoy working with large-scale data.

Key Job Responsibilities

· Design, create and publish tools and reports at EU level on Key Performance Indicators
· Create dashboards and do in depth analysis to root cause performance gaps
· Improve on our existing reports and tools
· Adapt to evolving requirements from our customer and keep up to date with technologies and tools best suited to deliver the most adapted solutions
· Train and Provide support to end user on the reporting and tools
· Create documentation on tools created for our users and internal use
· Create content on KNET, EU Ops Learning Management System (sessions, tests and reports)
· Work on communication supports for our team (team wiki, standard communication means
· This job does not require re-location, it can be based in any EU FC location. This is an initial 6 months mission. This position reports to EU ACES


Basic Qualifications
· In order to be successful in this position you must be capable of communicating effectively with a wide spectrum of members of the organization
· A curious mind and a passion for data analysis
· Ability to evaluate KPIs, understand deviations and suggest action plans
· High proficiency in Excel and the office pack
· High proficient in macros and VBA
· Good SQL knowledge
· Ability to build scalable performance dashboards including numerous KPIs
· Ability to learn new tools, languages, processes easily


Preferred Qualifications
· Good knowledge of FC processes a plus
· Familiar with hypothesis driven approach for problem solving and scoping exercises
· Any other programming language
· Experience with working on EU level projects
· Knowledge of the different systems the learning teams use: FC Learning Console, Cross training tool, FCLM
