The Learning Delivery Partner role will work with our cross-functional teams on the delivery and effectiveness measurement of innovative learning and performance support solutions.They will gain knowledge and expertise, becoming the subject matter expert and primary point of contact for learning related to our internal policies and procedures. They will represent the learning needs, identify, gather and validate learning requirements and collaborate with other internal teams to address the policy learning gaps of our vendor partners.They will support teams to develop modern learning skills so that every learner can become self-reliant and self-sufficient and learn from all kinds of experiences and opportunities.

Learning Delivery Partner Responsibilities


  • Facilitation training programs (ILT, VILT) related to areas of expertise to our outsourcing partners

  • Assist in the ramping and qualification process for vendor trainers (train the trainer), supporting the certification of trainers during and after the training material roll-out

  • Address sensitive content issues, including but not limited to graphic images, videos and writings, offensive or derogatory language, and other objectionable material

  • Has a clear understanding of the suite of learning tools available and how to effectively use them in our learning programs

  • Create, plan, and communicate within set deadlines for the learning aspect of all request from internal and external partners

  • Partner to conduct a training needs analysis to assess and identify the required learning intervention for any given need

  • Has expert-level understanding of the policies, operational guidelines and training material of the assigned content areas

  • Work closely with assigned internal and external teams and working groups (process, policy, quality, product etc.)

  • Understand the goals and priorities of stakeholders and how to support their needs with learning initiatives

  • Influence cross functional partners in decision-making processes based on learning needs analysis.

  • Analyze the effectiveness of the learning programs (TTT, new product launches, change management, etc.) and work closely with cross-functional teams to support improvement plans

Minimum Qualifications


  • BA or BS Degree

  • 5+ years overall work experience with 3+ years of experience in a learning & development/training role

  • 2+ years experience working in a support/operations setting

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills with the ability to adapt to change

  • Highly motivated, hard-working and service-oriented, with the ability to think clearly under pressure, both individually and in a team environment

  • Experience working across a global, multicultural and multilingual team

  • Ability to rapidly assess, analyze and resolve complicated issues, and distill that complexity into simple and concise communication

  • Experience in operations or working with outsourced vendors

  • Experience communicating with, influencing, and presenting to a variety of audiences, including global cross-functional leaders

Preferred Qualifications


  • Experience working with compliance or policy-related programs

  • Completion of a recognized Trainer/Facilitator program

  • Completion of a project management methodology certification

  • Experience with instructional media including instructor-led, online/digital, and virtual instructor-led training
