We're offering an opportunity to join Kettering General Hospital where education is seen as essential to the development of staff.

We are seeking a Learning and Development Administrator (Learning Systems Lead) to help us to fully utilize our virtual learning systems and support the breadth of learning opportunities that Trust delivers and supports.

We are looking for a high energy, resilient staff member who has a real interest for understanding and using technology, high attention to detail and creativity.

You will work as part of a team that have a passion for learning and development and will go the extra mile to support learners in all roles with in the Kettering Hospital. Part of this role will also be to support the fast growing apprenticeship pathway access and the development of a work experience opportunities.

Please note that news starters with KGH are subject to a six month probationary period.
