We are currently looking to recruit a well-motivated Mail Room Operator to deliver an exceptional customer service by offering a support in a mail room function, which is aligned to Ricoh`s Lines of Business and the Customers` requirements, for one of our prestigious clients based in London. You will be required to work across our client sites within Central London as and when required, travel allowance is provided.

 


What you will be doing

 

• Deliver an efficient and responsive service to the customer; complete production within customer deadlines, meet agreed SLA’s and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction. • Carry out duties in whatever capacity is required on each individual site in adherence with quality management standards as dictated by external accreditation including ISMS management to ensure customer expectations and all Environmental Health and Safety processes and procedures are met. • Help solve operational problems quickly and efficiently, share best practices and report any issues to the onsite leader where applicable to ensure excellent customer service • Build rapport with clients and manage their perceptions and expectations to ensure the best levels of customer service are delivered. • Carry out daily duties as required by any individual site in whatever capacity is required by your manager to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. • Report accurate administrative data in onsite systems or portals e.g. SureFlow, TRAC, DSF, Iron Mountain, City Sprint, IM Connect etc. to ensure client needs are met. Fulfill any reasonable request from the site manager or your line manager to ensure the business needs and client expectations are met.

 

You will ideally have

 

• Previous Mail and/or Goods In experience. • Sound working knowledge of customer service. • Proficient IT skills (Outlook, Lotus Notes, Word, Excel & PowerPoint). • Team oriented, pro-active and open minded. • Logical and analytical mindset. • Good organisational skills with an attention to detail. • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. • Excellent customer service skills (approachable with an ability to promote a good company image on behalf of Ricoh on customer sites). • Ability to demonstrate commitment and be flexible at all times. • Adaptable to challenging and varied working environments. • Multi-tasking skills and ability to work on a variety of items simultaneously.
