We are seeking an enthusiastic self-motivated Electrician to work within our Trust carrying out planned preventative maintenance and repair on a wide range of hospital engineering services.

The post holder will have experience of fault finding on complex building services, plant and equipment to a high level of competence and be able to demonstrate that they can work very well within a team and manage staff in the absence of the Supervisor as well as being able to use their own initiative. Knowledge of systems such as fire alarms, power systems and infrastructure, emergency stand by generators, ventilation, lifts etc would be desirable.

You will be willing to undertake on call duties (for which an on call supplement is payable) and depending on experience and qualifications boiler on call and weekend monitoring work. You must be able to undertake additional overtime working as required to meet the contingencies of the service.
