We are currently looking for a Manger, Media Sales to join or team here at Watrose head office in Bracknell on a Permanent basis.The purpose of this role is to enable the business to maximise sustainable value creation with suppliers through developing the overarching supplier strategy and providing the tools and insights to maximise the return from supplier negotiation.
As the Manager, Media Sales you will be responsible for Creating and developing a commercial marketing, advertising and media strategy to drive recurring annual incremental multi million pound revenue and profit for Waitrose & Partners.You will be accountable for:Delivering the revenue expectations of each media asset against the approved multi-year plan.Developing new approaches for the management of media sales that maximise Partner efficiency.Working with key stakeholders to ensure any internal hurdles are identified and overcome in a timely fashion.Leading and managing the Commercial Media Team to continuously develop our Team capabilities and those of individual Partners.Please see job description for full accountabilities.
Required essential experience skills and qualifications
Experience in people management, managing a team.Proven track record in delivering multi-faceted advertising campaignsProject management experienceStrong presentation and negotiation skillsGood advocate of the Waitrose & Partners brandHigh level of numeracy and literacyGoogle suite and equivalent software proficiencyWe occasionally close vacancies early in the event we receive a high volume of applications.
