DESCRIPTION

We are looking for an entrepreneurial, innovative and analytical candidate with an eye for creating compelling products and a passion for building new promotional channels. She/he will be responsible for identifying new products and services, analyzing carriers P&L, running benchmarks, setting pricing points and providing actionable insight into performance, as well as managing a team of program managers.
The successful candidate will be a strong communicator, great at meeting multiple deadlines, and comfortable managing teams and leading them to deliver high standard results.

Job Responsibilities
- Manage a team of program managers responsible for the implementation of products and services amongst EU carriers.
- Identify new products/services to launch, analyzing gaps and improvements on existing portfolio and overall increasing our program adoption.
- Lead the launching and implementation of new products along with the Sr Program manager responsible for the communication plan.
- Partner with Sr Product Managers to define action plans to enhance our portfolio to carriers - define pricing, product go to market, etc.
- Own and drive projects to enhance user experience and increase adoption.
The position is based in Amazon's EU Headquarters in the vibrant city of Luxembourg.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

· Ability to work with multiple teams, vendors, partners, and management.
· Candidates must be able to think and act both strategically and tactically
· Strong oral and written communication skills are crucial
· Strong analytical thinking skills are critical to success in this position
· Liaising and collaborating with external partners will also require negotiation skills.
· A bachelor's degree (or equivalent) is required
· Advanced Excel skills required
· Fluency in English is required
· Academic focus on Operations Management, Mathematics/Engineering or MBA.
· Experience in Transportation, Freight Forwarding and Logistics - a strong plus
· Fluency in an additional European language

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

· Academic focus on Operations Management, Mathematics/Engineering or MBA.
· Proficiency in SQL is desired
· Experience in Transportation, Freight Forwarding and Logistics - a strong plus
· Fluency in an additional European language
