Amazon Freight allows Shippers to use Amazon's transportation network to transport products in full truckloads across Europe. This is an innovative technology driven solution for the shipping needs of small and large businesses and is scaling rapidly as an offering. Amazon Freight is a part of Amazon Transportation Services which is a cutting-edge supply chain technology organisation and responsible for many of Amazon's best-in-class logistics offerings.
We are looking for a London based Marketing Analyst to join our Amazon Freight Europe team. This person will have the unique opportunity to help build a large scale marketing engine for the team. The ideal candidate with have a strategic mindset, strong quantitative skills, have a strong bias to action and be customer centric in their approach. They will be comfortable with ambiguity and thrive in a changing and fast growing environment.
We are interested in candidates across a wide variety of industries including Blue Chip companies, innovative tech companies and top-tier consulting firms.

Key responsibilities of the role include:
• End-to-end management of performance marketing channels (e.g. SEO, Google Ads, LinkedIn advertising) including strategy, set-up, and optimisations
• Deep-dive channel performance analyses - including benchmarking exercises with other teams
• Setting up KPIs and regular cadence of reporting
• Own Amazon Freight web-portal optimisations from marketing effectiveness perspective

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration or relevant field of study
• Digital marketing experience - with experience managing Google Ads campaigns
• Proven success delivering measurable marketing results
• Strong quantitative skills to generate insights to inform strategy, perform root-cause analyses and measure marketing campaign performances
• Entrepreneurial, self-sufficient and able to operate in a fluid, ambiguous environment
• Can easily shift from strategic thinking to execution, in order to deliver results
• Sound business judgment, with proven ability to influence stakeholders
• Strong knowledge of excel
• Fluent in English

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Experience working with data compliance and flow related to marketing programs, activities, and campaigns
• Experience with customer segmentation, profiling, and targeting
• Familiarity with LinkedIn advertising, Google Display advertising, & Social Media advertising
• SQL knowledge
• Fluent in Germany (preferred, not required)
