Invesco EMEA serves a breadth of clients including financial advisors, pension funds, and insurers. Our customers have complex and unique investment needs, which we are uniquely positioned to deliver through 13 investment centres with expertise in equities, fixed income, and alternatives. Marketing seeks to connect client needs with our capabilities by creating effective, accountable, multi-channel communications which educate, inspire and support our clients.

The Analytics & Insights team enables this using research, digital & data analytics & marketing performance measurement to underpin the three pillars of know your clients, understand their journey & optimise performance.

Your Role

The purpose of the Marketing Analytics Manager is to ensure our marketing campaigns are effective and bring value for the business.

Our challenge for the Marketing Analytics Manager will be to take our campaign measurement to the next level, nurture insights and be at the forefront of applying analytical methodologies to improve our campaigns.

You will be responsible for:
  • Delivering data driven insights to improve effectiveness and efficiency of marketing campaigns across EMEA. Engaging with campaign and channel teams to share analysis of performance and deliver data supported insights, highlighting opportunities and providing recommendations throughout the life cycle of campaigns.
  • Delivering detailed campaign specific evaluation reports, presenting campaign results vs set objectives and highlighting areas of improvement. Standardising high level reports of overall marketing effectiveness to the wider business and senior leadership.
  • Leading the end to end data requirements of campaign analytics, and coordinate with relevant teams to ensure all required information and tracking is collected consistently with supported robust processes - ie key information at campaign planning stage through to post campaign analysis.
  • Partnering and collaborating with the wider analytics, data and engineering teams to reach shared goals and further develop our marketing capabilities.
  • Working with campaign leads to review campaign briefs and understand the key objectives & key performance indicators to consider, develop the campaign measurement approach to assess effectiveness and define or review data tracking requirements for analysis.
  • Leading the ongoing development of the internal benchmarking program to ensure campaign activity can be continually assessed with relevant and comparable data.
  • Championing and educating marketing colleagues on standard methodologies of applying analytics to improve campaign performance through stakeholder education initiatives and democratisation of campaign performance data.
The skills and experience you'll bring
You will:
  • Have proven experience applying data and analytics methodologies to marketing initiatives to improve marketing effectiveness
  • Bring experience owning and managing campaign analytics for B2B focused marketing campaigns
  • Show a firm understanding of modern digital B2B marketing approaches and B2B sales funnels
  • Have experience working with datasets from different sources, combining and forming for analysis.
  • Have experience with campaign management platforms such as Salesforce, Hive9, Aprimo
  • Show experience with Tableau or other similar visualisation tools, Adobe & Google analytics & respective report building tools.
  • Be experienced leading and mentoring junior analysts
  • Be confident when managing stakeholder relationships
We are looking for someone who:
  • Has knowledge of marketing measurement frameworks and methodologies & how to apply them to both digital & offline mediums
  • Has excellent presentation, written and oral communication skills
  • Brings excellent collaborative, consultative and customer-facing skills, strong client services orientation
  • Is strong analytically
  • Has an appetite to stay on top of emerging industry capability / technology & trends.
