The Role / Position Overview
We are looking for an enthusiastic, highly motivated individual to join the FT’s B2B Marketing Operations team. Reporting into the B2B Marketing Operations Manager, the purpose of the role is to support the global B2B Regional and Product Marketing teams in creating their campaigns aligning with best practices, and owning oversight across all marketing campaigns.
Support the development of campaign flows to successfully move prospects through the customer journey to reach sales readiness.
Ensure campaign setup and processes are in line with overall platform architecture and lead flow/scoring programs.
Serve as technical support for all Marketo and campaign issues.
Contribute to Marketo best practice adding to the team’s knowledge share.
Work with the Regional and Product Marketing Managers to create and maintain closed-loop marketing reports to understand marketing program and channel performance.
Work with the marketing team to plan, execute, and measure AB tests to improve customer experience and lead generation.
Ensure best deliverability practices by building, testing and monitoring sent emails, ensuring that they function correctly across all major email clients and devices
Support the integration of Marketo in Group website assets, including forms, tracking and personalised content.
Influence and contribute to the creative development of any projects relating to our digital marketing.
One or more years’ experience as a Marketo administrator or similar role
Experience in marketing automation including nurture, segmentation and program reporting.
Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments
Knowledge of best in class deliverability practices
Must be proactive and be able to operate with limited supervision from line manager
A team player, who is a strong, confident communicator and collaborator
Ability to think creatively, ask questions and test ideas
Knowledge of GDPR and impact on Marketing and Communications globally.
A graduate with a degree ideally in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Development or a related field
An understanding of Customer Relationship Marketing (CRM)
Proven experience in optimising landing pages and user funnels.
