What's the role about?

John Lewis Financial Services is an area of strategic importance and rapid growth for the Partnership. We're looking for a new member to join our team.

In this role, you'll be growing and driving Partnership Card acquisition through key Waitrose channels by creating strong relationships with key stakeholders. This role will also look after the planning of all FS products into the key Waitrose channels.

What you'll be doing as a Marketing Manager

  • Support the Marketing Lead/Senior Manager by contributing to the ongoing planning process.
  • Manage the development and delivery of all aspects of campaign activity ensuring delivery is on time and within budget. This includes data, creative and compliance approval.
  • Monitor and report on commercial performance of all activity at an overall and channel level.
  • Act as a subject matter expert and consultant to the wider business on Partnership Card acquisition embedding best practice across all workstreams.
  • Build strong working relationships with third parties.
  • Work well across marketing teams, fostering strong cross-functional working relationships.

What you'll Have
  • Marketing/Business degree or equivalent
  • Experience within a Marketing environment
  • Marketing experience in consumer facing industry.
  • Experience managing agencies and marketing budgets
  • Experience in marketing campaign development and delivery
  • Good team worker
