Marketing Operations at

We're looking for a passionate marketer to drive our global marketing operations function. In this role, you'll be responsible for leading, mentoring, and growing a global team to effectively deliver on marketing, business impact goals. You're passionate about all things marketing technology, driven by problem-solving through technology, processes, and people.

Your mission will be to up-level .'s core marketing technology stack to enhance the efficiency of our global demand generation funnel. Through the likes of funnel solution design, scoring/grading, automation rule building, new tools, and more, you're connecting the dots through data, systems, automation, and tools.

This role reports to the Director of Global Demand Generation and will work closely with the rest of the Demand Generation team, Digital Marketing, Marketing Analytics, Events, Regional Marketing, Revenue Operations, and more to future proof 's continued global scale.

What you'll be doing
    • Drive, run, and grow the Marketing Operations function as a whole to deliver on long-term business goals. This includes ensuring efficient, timely, and qualitative project delivery from strategic, complex projects to ad hoc requests, troubleshooting inquiries to implementations, and beyond to allow the marketing organization and business to scale.
    • Own all marketing technology stack from integration to adoption to guarantee an effective long-term usage of all key platforms. You'll ensure the successful usage of the stack (including Pardot, 6Sense, Drift, ReachDesk, and more). You'll be strategically assessing existing and new tools to enable the global marketing teams across different subject areas and use cases using marketing technology.
    • Strategically evolve the core demand generating engine from funnel enhancements, routing enhancements, to the evolution of scoring/grading (from lead to account and predictive scoring) capabilities using 6Sense, Pardot, SFDC, Looker to scope, plan, implement and test enhancements.
    • Manage the global-local inbound automation flows and rules.
    • Build out the marketing operations playbook and systems architecture mapping by delivering clear processes, best practice documentation, flow charts, and more.
    • Deliver end-to-end processes and projects through clear guidelines and communication to optimally collaborate with the wider team.
    • Enable best-in-class platform onboarding, tool management, and project management for all marketing technology users.
    • Partner closely with relevant teams such as Revenue Operations, Campaigns, Account-Based Marketing, Digital Marketing, Web, Marketing analytics Sales, and BDRs to scope new projects, solve complex, cross-functional requirements, and deliver on business goals.
    • Review internal and external resources; people, budget, agencies, and freelancers.

About you
    • Proven experience in marketing and/or sales operations for B2B businesses. Past tech and/or FinTech experience is encouraged.
    • Deep knowledge and passion for all things operations, marketing, and sales technology. You're on top of the latest marketing technology trends in the market (automation systems, to CRMs, ABM platforms, Marketing Analytics/tracking, and digital technology stack).
    • You're an inspiring leader, who loves coaching, training, and mentoring teams to successfully achieve marketing operations excellence with different tools/systems and new processes. You're able to lead and also get into the weeds.
    • You have excellent project management skills, strong attention to detail, and a drive for problem-solving.
    • You enjoy building processes, setting guidelines, and carrying out best-in-class Operations while keeping colleagues updated on key project delivery.
    • You have strong communication and leadership skills; you're used to working in a fast-paced environment
