In Marketing Science, our mission is to help all businesses grow by transforming marketing practices grounded in data and science. We are looking for a skilled and motivated manager to join our team, who can design a strategy and operating model to deliver this mission at scale to hundreds of independent agencies in EMEA. We are specifically looking for a candidate with experience in research, analytics or ad effectiveness who can coach their team to design scalable solutions, education, research and insights to meet the needs of our clients. More broadly, the chosen candidate will work with a diverse set of internal stakeholders across Marketing Science, sales, creative, marketing and external stakeholders across independent agencies.

Marketing Science Manager, Coverage (Northern Europe) Responsibilities


  • You will manage a team of highly skilled experts in the space of advertising effectiveness, research and digital measurement who are focused on helping us scale our measurement solutions across the business.

  • You will design a strategy and service model that allows for supporting inbound demand while continuing to move the business forward with proactive projects addressing the needs of the EMEA region.

  • You will coach your team on providing strategic recommendations and actionable, evidence based guidance at scale to the set of clients supported.

  • You will build connections with our internal stakeholders and clients to understand their needs and support your team in designing scalable solutions, education, research and insights to meet them.

Minimum Qualifications


  • 8+ years' experience in research, analytics or ad effectiveness

  • A bachelor's degree in a quantitative field

  • You have an understanding of online advertising and familiarity with branding and performance advertising and marketing frameworks, including ad effectiveness measurement techniques.

  • You are able to influence and partner with a variety of stakeholders across complex organizations

  • A proven ability to inspire action based on data-driven insights including influencing advertiser planning and buying behavior

  • You have a track record of operating independently, demonstrating creativity, being detail-oriented and in delivering results in a goal-oriented environment

Preferred Qualifications


  • An advanced degree in a quantitative field

  • Experience with statistical analysis, including but not limited to experimental design or advertising research

  • The ability to comfortably communicate complex topics to a non-technical audience

  • Experience of building connections with customers and team members through effective communication and collaborating cross-functionally
