Marketing Specialist, Southern Europe at

We're looking for a Marketing Specialist to support our marketing activities in Southern Europe (Spain, Portugal, Greece). In this role, you'll be reporting to the Marketing Lead for Southern Europe and into the Global Marketing function.

This role is essential to growing 's local presence through industry trade shows and targeted campaigns. We're looking for a passionate and driven B2B marketing professional who has experience running events and delivering campaigns in a digital era.

You'll be responsible for supporting the planning and execution of the event roadmap and assessing new event opportunities. You'll work very closely with the wider marketing team (demand generation, brand marketing, product marketing and design) to develop strong programs to deliver on set metrics. Working alongside the global campaigns team, you'll work on local activations to increase sales engagement. You'll also be a partner to the local commercial team (Sales, Customer Success, Partnerships) in selecting events and driving pre, during and post-event processes.

What you'll be doing
    • Support and execute on a robust events marketing program across Southern Europe. You'll leverage inputs from marketing, sales, customer success and across the business to do so.
    • Explore events that will enable us to target new prospects and retain existing customers
    • Support the Southern Europe Marketing Lead to drive demand through campaigns, social media, design and beyond to have a 360, cross-channel approach to events (pre-during-post event)
    • Plan and execute campaign activations that target key audiences for in the region
    • Build and optimize standalone email marketing
    • Partner with design, copy and content teams to develop, iterate and deliver creative assets for your campaigns including landing pages, emails, direct mail and more.
    • Work closely with the local sales team to ensure a holistic coordinated approach to all events and campaigns

About you
    • You're a B2B marketing generalist with experience working cross-functionally with creatives, channel marketers, analysts and product marketing managers
    • You have experience in creating localized sales collateral and assets, and a proven ability to drive in-market demand and quality sales leads
    • Deep knowledge of marketing metrics and analytics
    • Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to juggle several projects
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to establish strong relationships with Commercial peers
    • You're fluent in English, Spanish, and Portuguese
    • Adaptable, positive attitude with a contagious enthusiastic spirit
