The Medical Education department is seeking to appoint a Medical Education Co-ordinator to support the delivery of undergraduate and postgraduate medical education. We are looking to recruit an enthusiastic and flexible team player who has excellent IT and communication skills to plan and coordinate hospital placements and teaching programs for medical students from University of Birmingham and Aston University and junior doctors of all grades across our hospital sites.

Experience in the either undergraduate or postgraduate medical education administration processes, policies and procedures in a hospital or university setting would be advantageous as would experience of working in an educational setting.

In this busy office environment you must be able to adapt to change, be able to work effectively under pressure and demonstrate an ability to prioritise and manage your own workload. You will also need to be flexible and able to work effectively as part of a wider team.
